Welcome to YORAFIM COURIER. By using our courier and delivery services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

YORAFIM COURIER provides courier and logistics services within Accra and across Ghana. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of the shipment by our company.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, including recipient details, contact information, and correct addresses. YORAFIM COURIER will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, security situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery times unless expressly agreed in writing under a priority or express service.

Customers must ensure that items handed over for delivery are properly packaged and suitable for transportation. YORAFIM COURIER reserves the right to refuse packages that are poorly packaged, unsafe, illegal, hazardous, perishable without proper preservation, or prohibited under Ghanaian law.

The company will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, civil unrest, or government actions. Liability for loss or damage, where proven to be due to our negligence, shall be limited to the declared value of the item or a reasonable compensation amount as determined by the company.

All payments for services must be made in Ghana Cedis (GHC) unless otherwise agreed. Pricing depends on package size, weight, distance, and urgency level. YORAFIM COURIER reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

By engaging our services, you confirm that the contents of your package are legal and do not violate any local or national regulations. Any legal issues arising from prohibited items will be the sole responsibility of the sender.

YORAFIM COURIER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
